3.Standard configuration and main purchased parts

4.Technical characteristics

1) Machine body: Finite element analysis (CAE) technology is used to optimize the overall matching design, and the mechanical strength is more than 30% higher than the traditional design.

2) Bed: The stable low center of gravity, wide body and 45° saddle design maximize the rigidity of the machine tool.

3) Casting: The high-performance bed adopts high-density, high-tension Meehanite castings, plus heat flow balance treatment and aging treatment. It is the guarantee that the machine tool can still produce at high speed and high precision after many years; because the solid Meehanite castings can provide excellent shock damping and low deformation, the machine tool is not only durable but also has particularly outstanding performance.

4) Spindle: The standard configuration of the spindle power system adopts high-power AC servo motor smooth high-gain servo control, cancels the intermediate transmission mechanism and adopts multi-wedge belt, greatly reduces vibration and thermal displacement under high-speed operation, and ensures good processing accuracy and surface roughness. Whether it is heavy cutting in the low-speed area or medium-high speed cutting, effective wide-area stable output can be achieved.

5) Turret: The advanced hydraulic servo turret structure design enables faster tool exchange and higher precision control, stronger locking force and better cutting rigidity.

6) Scalability: Optional C-axis control and power tool holder to become a turning center, turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other processes can be completed on the same machine tool at one time, avoiding errors caused by repeated clamping of workpieces.

7) Automation: Complete automation equipment and scalability, can be equipped with oil bath automatic feeder or Hanfeng BSR series industrial robot to maximize production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
